The prestigious new Oberoi Centre is an integrated twin towers development located in the Business Bay district of downtown Dubai.

One of the towers is a world-class luxury hotel with 250 rooms and 40 furnished apartments operated by the Oberoi Group which also boasts function and ballrooms as well as business centre, meeting room facilities, health club and spa:  the second tower comprises thirty-four stories of commercial office space.  A common podium and four level basement connects the two towers which are surrounded by water features and landscaped grounds.

A Delmatic system provides aesthetic and energy-efficient scene-setting control of lighting throughout the public areas of the hotel as well as within the shell and core areas of the office tower, podium and basement carpark levels. The system comprises switching and dimming modules, presence detectors, photocells and multisensors, and provides full management and monitoring of lighting within both towers through graphical software at a networked head-end PC.
