Burj Views is a three-tower project surrounded by lakes and landscaped gardens in a premier location in the heart of Dubai’s Downtown: the towers provide stunning views of Downtown Dubai, the Burj Dubai and The Dubai Fountain - the world's tallest performing fountain. The 34 and 38 storey towers are designed to create an integrated building complex with a lively mixture of activities, enabling residents to be close to their work while only a stone's throw away from world class leisure, entertainment, shopping and dining activities. A Delmatic system manages and monitors lighting throughout the public areas of the three towers providing flexible and energy-efficient presence and daylight-linked control of lighting as well as scene-setting controls.
