Network PC

The network PC is loaded with Delmatic Lightscape lighting management software and project-specific graphics which provide powerful management & comprehensive monitoring of the lighting installation and system.

The PC hosts the database for the complete project although the distributed intelligence architecture of the system ensures that each lighting control module and device on the network contains its own individual portion of the database: distributed-intelligence technology within each module also ensures stand-alone functionality in the event of loss of network PC operation. The Delmatic system offers a unique feature enabling the complete system database to be recreated by uploading distributed information from the network lighting control modules and devices.

A client/server networking capability allows access to the system from any licenced client PC on the IT network: personnel in various locations and with different responsibilities (for example Facilities Management, Maintenance and Security) can log onto the system with the features available to them dependent upon their password access level.

Remote operation via the Internet or Intranet is also available while system alarms and information can be relayed to portable devices such as mobile phones and PDAs.
