95 Gresham Street London, UK

in

Behind the original stone façade of 95 Gresham Street is an ultra-modern, light-filled office building within a stunning new glass and steel structure.

Delmatic has supplied a sophisticated lighting management system for the new 13,000 sq.m office building which is located at the heart of London’s financial district.

The system provides total flexibility of control with addressable control of each luminaire enabling incoming tenants to configure switching arrangements to suit their fit-out requirements as well as customise the system to suit their individual requirements.

To ensure energy efficiency, lighting can be operated from local presence detectors, absence detectors or multisensors (with daylight-linking) as well as by IP telephone or user PCs.   To enhance energy efficiency, the system monitors lighting energy consumption within landlord’s areas and integrates with the building’s central battery emergency lighting.

The system is managed and monitored through graphical head-end software which displays the active status of lighting as well as providing information on luminaire run times: all changes to system configuration are made through software including the time-out periods of sensors.
