King Abdullah Financial District Saudi Arabia

The King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh is the world’s first newly-developed major financial district of the 21st century and comprises numerous commercial and residential buildings, integrated monorail system, as well as civic and infrastructure projects.

Delmatic systems are being installed within the shell and core areas of many of these buildings to provide intelligent, energy-efficient control of lighting through a combination of presence detection and daylight-linking.  The complete system operation is centrally monitored and managed through graphical head end software.  The systems are structured to enable expansion into office fit-out areas so that tenants can benefit from the energy efficiency and flexibility of the intelligent management network.
