The distinctive copper and stainless steel exterior shell projects an elegant aesthetic while protecting occupants from intense solar gain while the interior has been designed to create dynamic, collaborative areas with discreet space for focus work and framed views of Riyadh’s cityscape. 

A Delmatic system controls lighting throughout the shell and core areas of the buildings to provide intelligent, energy-efficient control of lighting through a combination of presence detection and daylight-linking.  The complete system operation is centrally monitored and managed through graphical head end software.
