The Qube is a prominent new commercial building located in the thriving business district of Fitzrovia in London’s West End. The building comprises 10,000 sq m of office space arranged around a central atrium, extensive ground floor retail accommodation and seven residential apartments.

The Delmatic system provides individual addressable control of every luminaire within the office areas as well as integrated control of lighting in core areas.

The building is home to a number of tenants who have been able to configure the system within their space to precisely match their fit-out requirements. Tenants have connected presence detectors and multisensors to provide occupancy-related and daylight-linked control of lighting, while in other areas dimming capsules have been inserted into the control modules to upgrade the system operation from switching to addressable dimming and scene setting.
