The mixed-use Landmark Tower is the tallest building on Abu Dhabi Island comprising 70 floors and 5 basement levels and a total built up area of 205,000 square meters. The 325m tower includes residential and commercial space, a health club, two levels of restaurant and a sky garden with swimming pool.

A Delmatic system controls lighting throughout the shell and core and office fit-out areas as well as providing architectural dimming in the multi-storey reception and sky-gardens.  The Landmark Tower is adjacent to the ADIA tower (formerly the tallest building) which is also equipped with a Delmatic system.
